"Auretha has this incredible ability to tap into a persons energetic field and understand on a deep level what they have been unconsciously unable, or unwilling, to shift in themselves. Her genius is in getting to the energetic root of whatever is currently draining you, blocking you or keeping you small and then lovingly and compassionately guiding your Soul to do whatever it needs to do to heal the issue. She helps you to see, hold and heal the misunderstood, esoteric and energetic components of your Soul in a way that, even as an energy healer myself, I have never seen the likes of before. In our session, she identified the reason for my constant lack of energy as being linked to my Souls’ difficulty with staying present, here on Earth. For most of my life, I have struggled with feelings of being an outsider, and often find myself Astral travelling in my sleep. Staying grounded, waking up onto my physical human body in the morning, and keeping my attention on the here and now have been big struggles for me. Auretha felt that my energy was far out of my body, having been left in all the galactic places and spaces my soul has visited. In our session she called that energy back and helped me to draw it back into my energetic and physical body. This week I have woken up HOURS earlier than I ever normally would, with more energy and focus than before.
